Return & Exchange Policy

At Maheshwari Cloth Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products with genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you detect any defects.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is required when submitting a return request for approval.

Return Process

  • Your return request will be reviewed by our support team.
  • If approved, you must ship the product back to our store.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • After inspection, we will process either an exchange or issue a gift card for future use.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns due to personal dislike will not be accepted.
  • Slight color variations are natural and not considered defects.
  • Bandhani, Gota and other handcrafted products may have minor imperfections which are not eligible for returns.

Important Notes

  • Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Transit Damages: We are not responsible for damages occurring during shipping.
  • If the parcel is tampered or damaged, please refuse the delivery.
  • Return requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be unused and have original tags; missing tags will result in rejection.
  • Customized or altered items (fall-pico, sizing etc.) and sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed up to the original product value.
  • Refunds are not offered.
  • Customers will receive either an exchange or a gift card for future purchases.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be adjusted in exchanges.
