• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days for delivery.

• Express Delivery (if available): 1-3 business days for delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Free on orders above ₹999.

• Express Delivery: Charges will apply based on location and order size. You can view the shipping cost at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package online. You can also contact our customer service for updates.

6. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After the third failed attempt, the package may be returned to us, and you may be charged for reshipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

We take extra care in packaging your items, but in case of damage or lost items during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate an investigation with the courier company and do our best to resolve the issue.

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within India.

order is lost in transit?
